Guide Getting started

What Talkzen is and how it is organised

Guide

Talkzen gathers the conversations of ten channels in one place, and adds automations, a sales pipeline and a complete ERP on top.

The four areas.

Operations — Inbox, Contacts, Pipeline, Tasks, Calendar. This is where the people who answer customers work.

Automation — Flow Builder, Campaigns, Templates. This is where you build what runs on its own.

Analysis — Analytics, Reports, Captured Data, Call Logs.

Business suite — ERP, with thirteen subsections reaching as far as accounting and payroll.

One clarification that saves confusion: there is no "AI agents" section. The automatic assistant is a node inside a Flow Builder flow. To get a bot that answers, you build a flow.

The top bar: collapse sidebar · Return to Admin · global search over conversations and templates · full screen · dark theme · notes · language · settings · profile.

The settings live in More → Settings, split into fourteen tabs.

Did not find the answer? Write to support@talkzen.io and tell us what you were doing and what you expected. If it concerns a conversation, the time and the channel save us a round of questions.
