Inbox backup and restore
Create Backup produces a copy of the Inbox data. Media files are excluded to keep the size down: the photos, audio and documents exchanged do not end up in the backup. It is worth saying plainly, because it changes what you can expect from a restore.
Start Restore restores from an earlier backup or from an uploaded file. Both sections keep a history of the operations.
