Twilio SMS
Two-way SMS and MMS messaging. Far simpler than the voice channel.

The dialog provides an Inbound Webhook URL and a Status Callback URL to configure on Twilio. Both have to be publicly reachable over HTTPS. Incoming requests are verified through the X-Twilio-Signature header, so a URL behind a proxy that alters the request body will make the verification fail.
There is a Test Webhook and a Setup Instructions section inside the dialog.
