Tasks and calendar
Tasks — Grid and List views, Create Task, filters by status, priority and assignee. From flows they are created with the Manage Task node.
Calendar — integrates Google Calendar, Zoho Calendar and Calendly. Each provider has to be authorised separately. Per-calendar or unified views, default categories (Work, Personal, Family, Health, Projects), a per-team-member view, and the Check Availability and Schedule Appointment commands.
The link with the AI goes through the Google Calendar and Zoho Calendar toggles in the AI Assistant node: switching them on lets the assistant book appointments by itself during the conversation.
