The channels at a glance
Ten channels available, grouped by how they are connected.
Through the Meta wizard (Easy Setup button): WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, Instagram.
Through manual configuration (a dialog opens): WhatsApp QR Code, TikTok, Telegram, Email IMAP/SMTP, WebChat, Voice Calls, Twilio SMS.
Active channels appear under Connected Channels, above the grid of available ones.
How many channels you can connect depends on the plan: 2 on Free, 5 on Starter, 10 on Professional, 999 on Enterprise.
