Agent availability
With Enable availability-based assignment on, manual and automatic assignments prefer agents on duty and inside their own hours.
You set a default schedule for anyone who has not configured their own, with timezone, Simple or Advanced mode, working hours day by day and breaks. The All Weekdays and All Days shortcuts speed up the filling in.
Below, Team availability status lists the members with their timezone and status.
