It cannot be connected today. Opening the card brings up Platform Not Configured: the TikTok Business Messaging API has not been configured by the system administrator.
It is not a fault of your account nor a credentials problem: the configuration is missing at platform level. If you need TikTok, it has to be requested from support — there is nothing you can do from your own settings.
