Setting up system email
Worth doing early, because without SMTP neither team invitations nor password recovery work.
Fields: SMTP Host, SMTP Port, secure SSL/TLS connection, SMTP Username, SMTP Password, sender address, sender name. As an alternative there is the Amazon SES configuration.
With Gmail you have to use an app password, not the normal account password.
Before saving, use Send Test Email. Then Save Configuration.
This configuration covers system email and outbound campaigns: it is a different thing from the Email channel in Channel Connections, which is there to receive and answer customer messages.
