Configuring the Inbox
- Enable WhatsApp Group Chats — shows unofficial WhatsApp groups. Off by default.
- Browser Notifications — desktop notifications when the page is not in the foreground
- Agent Signature — automatically adds the agent's name to outgoing messages
- Pause bot replies after owner reply — when an operator writes, the bot stops for that contact. Configurable from 1 to 1440 minutes, 3 by default.
- Audio Transcription — transcribes incoming voice notes with OpenAI Whisper
- Image Analysis — OCR and description of incoming images, on request
