Campaigns and templates
Campaigns — Create Campaign for messaging, New Email Campaign for email. States: Draft, Scheduled, Running, Paused, Completed. At the top, the counters for total and active campaigns, recipients, delivered messages and delivery rate, updated in real time.
Templates — WhatsApp Business API templates. You can create them or import the ones already approved with Sync from Meta.
Why they are mandatory: outside the 24-hour window from the customer's last message, Meta only allows you to write with an approved template. Without approved templates a cold campaign does not start, and approval takes time. Prepare them before you need them.
