Six tabs, all tied to the same date range chosen at the top: Agent Performance, Response Time, Channel SLA, Volume Heatmap, Bot Coverage, Resolution & CSAT. Each tab has its own Export.
Bot Coverage is the most useful one for understanding how much work the automation is actually taking away.
